ナックルダスターは正義感が強く、正しいことをしようとする意欲にあふれた人物だ。まず殴り、質問は後にすることを好む。悪党かもしれないというわずかな可能性のために、怪しいと思った人間を殴り倒そうとするため、行き過ぎる前にチームメイトが彼を引き留めることを余儀なくされる。にもかかわらず、彼は見た目以上に知的で賢いことが証明されている。

彼のコスチュームは、シンプルなラップアラウンドマスクを頭の上で結び、ぴったりとしたダークシャツ、ジーンズ、ブーツ、ロングトレンチコートで構成されている。手には真鍮のナックル（ナックルダスター）がついた手袋をしており、これが彼の名前の由来となっている。

Koichi has an easy-going, mild-mannered personality. He is very generous and does not seem to expect anything from other people in return. He dreams of being able to become a recognized hero and is shown to enjoy the vigilante work that he does. He is very willing to do the less glamorous jobs, such as cleaning up trash and does not seem to think that these are negative aspects of being a hero or vigilante.

His costume consists of his regular clothes in conjunction with an All Might-haired hooded jacket, a black mask covering his face, red sunglasses, and protective bike gear.

Unbeknownst to Koichi, he and Kazuho share a history. Koichi had once saved Kazuho when she fell into a river. He would give the drenched Kazuho his limited edition All Might hoodie and run off to his entrance exam for a high school that specialized in superheroics. Because he chose to save her, Koichi ended up missing the exam and returning to his hometown.

~!After his battle against Number 6, he now possesses a scar on his left cheek, which he received from the villain shortly before his death. As "The Skycrawler", his hero costume is a blue full-body suit, akin to his traditional All Might hoodies and Number 6's "O'Clock II" costume, an updated version of his original gloves, and silver armored shoulder pads, also bearing a resemblance to Number 6's costume. He also wears a purple visor that resembles Captain Celebrity's, and has a utility belt over his waist with an "SC" on it.!~

Pop☆Step is a very logical and intellectual person; she acts as the brains of the vigilantes. She appears to act like a more moderate tsundere, mocking and insulting her allies despite clearly caring for Koichi. As an Idol, she loves singing and performing, despite not being particularly skilled or talented in either.

When Kazuho wants to use her Quirk and express herself as her alter ego Pop☆Step, she paints a black mask, ties her hair in pig-tails, and dresses in a succubus themed one-piece black leotard with a heart-shaped opening in the center of the chest and a smaller one in the back, where it is located just below two bat wings.

~!She feels guilt and is genuinely apologetic towards Koichi for an incident in the past, which resulted in her being saved by him, though at the cost of him missing an examination to attend a Hero High School, thus ending his dreams of becoming a Hero.!~

Aizawa's hero name, Eraserhead, was coined by Present Mic when they were younger. Using the binding cloth, Aizawa has a unique fighting style that allows him to immobilize his enemies. He is known to expel students that don't meet his standards, however it should be noted that he did not expel anyone from Class 1-A. Aizawa is extremely vocal, able to voice his opinions very easily. Although seeming emotionless and reserved, he has a soft spot for his students and genuinely cares for them.

ヒーローの姿のオールマイトは非常に背が高く、筋肉質で、そのデザインはアメリカン・ヒーロー・コミックに似ている。頭頂部には髪の毛がとがり、全身には普通の人間よりも多くの影がある。

しかし、本来の姿は、口から大量の血を吐き、服が緩んで見える痩せすぎの男である。

塚内尚正は警視庁の刑事である。

背が高く、黒髪で黒い瞳をしている。普段は制服を着ている。特徴的な褐色のオーバーコートに、おそろいの帽子をかぶっている。また、黒のスーツの下にはお揃いのスラックスとドレスシューズを履いている。

塚内刑事は真面目で勤勉な人物であり、オールマイトの親友になる権利を得ている。そのため、ワン・フォー・オールの真相とオールマイトの真の姿を託された。

彼はオールマイトと親密な関係にあるようで、正しいと思ったからという理由で、機密情報をオールマイトに漏らしたこともある。

サンサは警察の一員である。

ターボヒーロー "インジニウム "こと飯田天聖は、飯田天哉の兄で元プロヒーロー。

ヒーローアーマー以外の外見は弟のテンヤによく似ており、四角い顔立ちに短い黒髪が特徴的である。眉毛が矢のような形をしており、顔がやや長いのが特徴。

兄と同様、体からエンジンの排気口が出ているが、ふくらはぎではなく肘の先から出ている。

**イリーガルズ』にも登場：** 天声は早朝のランニング中に光一と出会う。天声は光一のクワークに感心し、自分のエージェンシーでの居場所を提供し、高速移動のクワークを持つ相棒が欲しいとまで言う。その後、光一が自警団ヒーローとして活動していることを知った天声は、光一への申し出を取り下げるが、それは光一がすでに適切な場所にいると信じているからにほかならない。

山田はラジオの司会者のようなエキセントリックな人格を保っている。話すときはポーズをとることが多く、どんな状況でも一定のテンションや声量を保つ。陽気な性格だが、友人や同僚に対しては激怒することもある。

山田のクオークである「声」は、声のボリュームを大きくすることができ、音波の悲鳴に似た能力を発揮する。彼のクワークから出る音は、遠く離れた人の耳から血が出るほど強い。このクァークの唯一の弱点は、大音量が地下を伝わりにくいことで、地下にあるものや地層で隔てられているものには効果がない。

遊び好きでおちゃらけているが、意外と真面目で短気な一面もある。誰かに邪魔されたり、侮辱されたりするとすぐに怒る。特に自分の年齢には敏感だ。チャラチャラした性格とは裏腹に、ねむりは知的で、鋭敏で、明晰である。美貌とセックスアピールで名声を享受するヒーローのように見えるが、ネムリは真のヒロイズムと勇気を示し、最前線で戦うことを厭わず、他人のために自分の命を危険にさらしてきた。

眠りを誘う香りを体から放つことで、近くにいる人を眠らせることができる。女性よりも男性に効果がある。

塚内誠は塚内直正の妹で、大学4年生。長い黒髪、スリムな体格、明るい目（コンタクトのせい）、左の口の真下にある美容マークが特徴。普段は真剣なまなざしを向け、カリスマ的な笑みを浮かべている。兄によく似ている。

マコトは知的で独立心が強く、勉強熱心な女性。一般的には親切で感じのいい女性だが、自分のやり方を常に心得ており、そのためには少々卑怯な手段も厭わない。人望が厚く、社交的で、誰とでも仲良くなれる。概して、彼女は平均的な日本の大学生に見える。

キャプテン・セレブリティとしても知られるクリストファー・スカイラインは、イリーガルズの世界ではトップクラスのアメリカン・ヒーローだ。

屈強な体格の白人男性。ブロンドヘアで、鋭く彫りの深いあごをしている。クリストファーは傲慢で、ステレオタイプのセレブ。彼は普段、自分の外見や世間が自分をどう見るかばかりを気にしている。

無鉄砲で変態的な性格が災いし、アメリカではトラブルに巻き込まれた。

Although he was born without a Quirk, Izuku's innate heroism and strong sense of justice manages to catch the attention of the legendary hero All Might. Izuku has since become All Might's closest pupil.

Izuku is a very timid, reserved, and polite boy. Although initially portrayed as insecure, tearful, and vulnerable, Izuku gradually matures into a more confident and braver person. His infectious leadership skills, combined with his passion and strategic abilities, have turned Izuku into a central figure of Class 1-A. He is caring and emotional, never hesitating to help or rescue someone in danger, even if he knows that he might not be strong or otherwise qualified enough to do it.

Izuku is extremely (and sometimes scarily) enthusiastic about topics related to heroes. His dream drives him to write down notes about everything he learns about heroes' Quirks and fighting capabilities. Thanks to this practice, Izuku has developed a great analytical mind and can form complex battle plans in a few seconds, factoring in the best ways he can utilize the Quirks of allies and enemies alike for his own advantage.

Izuku's Quirk "One For All" was transferred to him from All Might. His Quirk allows him to stockpile an enormous amount of raw power, allowing him to significantly enhance all of his physical abilities to various boundless levels. This results in unbelievable levels of strength, speed, stamina, agility, and durability. Izuku can focus the stockpiled power into a single body part, or spread it across his entire body evenly, though, focusing the power in a single part puts a greater strain on that part of his body.
